1. Who we are

This website, veromedia.org, is operated by Vero Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Vero”, “we”, “us”), Pune, Maharashtra, India. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any question about it, write to info@veromedia.org.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers information collected through this website — mainly enquiries you send us and, if you agree, information about how you use the site. Work we carry out for clients is governed by the agreement for that work, and the websites we build for clients have their own policies.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the enquiry form we collect your name and work email, and — if you choose to provide them — your company, website, the service and timeline you are interested in, and the description of your project. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in that email.

Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location (such as country or city), device and browser type, how you arrived, and interactions such as submitting the enquiry form. We use this in aggregate to improve the site, not to identify you. If you decline, none of this is collected.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details in order to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or sensitive personal data through this website, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.

4. How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project — at your request, before any agreement.
To understand and improve how the website is used — only if you have consented to analytics.
To keep the website secure and working — in our legitimate interest in operating it.
To meet legal obligations where they apply.

5. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process information on our behalf and under their own security and data-protection terms:

Vercel — hosts and delivers the website.
Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) — stores enquiries submitted through the form.
Google Analytics — measures site usage, only if you consent.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not share it with anyone else, and we never sell it.

6. Where it is processed

Our providers may store or process information outside India, including in the United States. Where they do, it is protected by their contractual commitments and security measures.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you — unless the enquiry becomes a client engagement, in which case records are kept as that agreement and the law require. Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can withdraw consent to analytics at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. If you are in India, you have these rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including grievance redressal. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights to data portability, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain to your data-protection authority.

We use analytics cookies only with your consent. The details are in our Cookie Policy.

10. Security

Information is encrypted in transit, enquiries are stored in a database that only authorised Vero administrators can read, and administrative access requires signing in with an approved Google account.

11. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
